Shipping Criteria

Generally orders are dispatched Depend On Product Availability And Customer Requirement , Before The Order Please Confirm The Dispatch Date ,Time Product Availability. Order Delivery Only Ahmedabad GIDC Area And Transport Warehouse ( To pay) As Per Customer Guide  And Out Side Ahmedabad Location Delivery Not Possible

Return/Replacement Criteria

  • different from what was ordered
  • delivered with any defect
  • missing parts or accessories
  • delivered in a physically damaged condition

 How to raise a Order return / Cancellation  request?

Please note: Cancellation request can be accepted only before shipment of ordered product.

E Engineering Store reserves the right to cancel order under following scenarios:

  • Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock
  • Non-serviceable locations
  • Restriction on the quantity ordered
  • Problems identified by our Inspection & Quality Department.
  • Incomplete or inaccurate address

Refund Policy:

If the product of your choice is unavailable in your preferred specifications or model, or if it is out of stock, you may decide that you want your money back. In this scenario, you may choose Refund to have your money returned to you in the following way:

You can drop us a mail at eengineeringstore@gmail.com, stating your Order No during mailing or you can lodge a request through call and Whats APP 9662375447. Your refund will be processed after approval. Once your refund has been approved, your money will be credited back to you in one of three ways: 

  • As an NEFT transfer if you paid via Bank Transfer to our account.
  • As a refund via the same source that you used to pay for the order (called Back to Source, this method is available for all sellers). For example, this means that if you paid via your Debit/Credit card, your refund will be credited to the same card/account.
  • If you have made the payment through QR Code through Paytm or any other wallet, then it will be refunded to the same wallet.

Once the refund is initiated from our side you will get an email confirmation and it takes max. 5 working days to credit the amount in your account. If the amount is still not reflected you may contact us in the same email id or contact no mentioned above.

Not Eligible for Return Order Terms and Conditions:

  • Any Product which has been used/worn or altered is not eligible for return
  • Physical damage to the box or to the product cannot be exchanged or returned
  • If the return request is raised beyond the advised timeline is not eligible for return
  • If returned without original packaging and accessories is not eligible for return
  • If the sealed package of branded products is opened, then the return policy is voided
  • Brand Packaging should be intact
  • If the Product code/Model number is of your choice, then the return request is not eligible.
  • Replacements will depend on the availability of the item
  • Product must be in its Original Condition
